I have tried to call your office for two days to cancel my appointment which is Thursday the 20th, however after several hours both days, NO Answer. I will not pay $25 for non cancel. Please get some phone help. There is no way anyone can contact your office except one number and even the message center is busy.

I was told by my Gynecologist I would need a hysterectomy. I didn't see he surgeon I was referred to. I sought out Dr Akl on my own and he put my mind at ease. I went to him expecting to be told a hysterectomy was inevitable. He explained why he did not recommend surgery and offered options to solve my current vaginal prolapsed issues. I will continue to see him as going forward. His bedside manor is professional, informed and caring. So thankful I found him.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
