It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
