I’ve trusted my fur babies with Big Bend Animal Hospital since 2008. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The doctor is professional and very knowledgeable. I love that Dr Holder will be honest with you about a prognosis and give you alternatives to hospitalization to help make it more affordable. Although it can seem to be a little pricey at times, I prefer to pay it in order to give my pet the best possible care.

Took one of my collies to get groomed, she needed it badly as we had moved here from Wisconsin 2 months ago. The young man did a "Great Job". I could not of been happier. Now time to take the other one.

I went here with my cat and got good service the reason I have given them a 2-star is I have called them about bringing my dog in ask them if I could get a break on the visit since I'm on Social Security and limited funds they told me they would return my call this was Monday four days ago no return call this tells me they're not interested in Saving or helping my dog but the money at first I thought this was a great place but now I'm beginning to think different they still have not called me I have sent them 2 emails also I will not call them back because they might not like what I'll have to say on the phone so I emailed them twice still no response when a veterinarian the money becomes more important than the animals they need to get out of the business if this is the way they are going to treat me in my animals then I will have to try to find someplace else I gave them a chance to take care of my animals and at this point they have seen not interested in getting back with me I cannot let her go any longer without seeing a favet good luck maybe you'll have better luck with this veterinarian but if it's become a money thing with them I don't think you will

These wonderful pet lovers have taken care of my girl Lucy for about 3 years. I love them. Lucy loves them. The staff is wonderful. They are really close to my home. They follow up with me. I love these people!
