Terrible vet service. They are cheap but do not examine the animal. If you are truly concerned about your animal go somewhere else, Owner is rude and does not listen to what you are telling him. He just throws drugs at you. Staff can be rude also.

I have been vey well pleased with the efficiency of all the staff and have brought my dog in with very little wait time and no appointment.The doctor took a great deal of time discussing my pet's health needs and was very thorough in the treatment and tests to rule out any possible health issues.I would highly recommend them to anyone! The atmoshere is great and I felt very comfortable there.My dog seemed to like the manner of her care and was treated lovingly.I am planning on bringing my new puppy there for her wellness check-up and for follow up care.

Absolutely Not
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone
Would you recommend this provider to someone who asks for a referral?
No
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Dr. Ann Yowell has been a God send to me. She took care of my boys (some - the uninformed - called them cocker spaniels) with total love and dedication from the time I was lucky enough to find her at a veterinary practice in Concord until their deaths when she was working in Locust. I follow her - wherever she is working is where I try to take my "grandchildren". Yes, my four --legged grandchildren are now living with me and neither my daughter nor myself would ever consider another vet if Dr. Yowell is available (although we have used the other vets and they are excellent, too). I am truly grateful for her.
