Everyone is really nice and concerned about your pet. They treated my dog for a bee sting and fixed her right up. Glad we have them in our area.

First off if I could give negitive stars I would! This place is a load of crap! My boxer had been hit by a car and had severe injuries to his back leg (which was clearly broken) and to other parts of his body. We quickly rushed him to this clinic only because it was the only place that was open. We had called them while on our way and told them that we were coming in and my poor dog was in pain. To sum it up... we got there, the receptionist/vet tech was taking her sweet time doing whatever before she took is vitals then only after I waited 10 minutes and had said something the vet finally shows up only to say it was a dislocation and it would be fine. $1000 and a night later they "popped" the bone back into a socket that clearly wasnt there anymore and overdosed my boxer on pain meds because he was wining and the vet tech didnt want to do her job so she drugged him to shut him up and lied to us about the time and volume of dosage. Way to go team!! This clinic is the saddess excuse of a vet establishment I have ever seen. If you value your pets life DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!

Do NOT go to this clinic if you can help it. Our dog had a broken snout from an accident. Poor thing had to be in pain. They took X-rays that was not useable at my Vet and couldn't do much else but give meds until the Vet could see my dog. 700$!!!! Right there. They did nothing. We spent 700$ at our regular Vet to do a number of services to include X-rays. I am going to take this up with someone to see if I can get some type if resolution. They are just good diggers. Not everyone has the credit for a payment plan but they could take payments out monthly. They wouldn't. On top of the cost which is out of control. I had to pay this all over again two days later. Aside from pain meds this place was useless and costly. Saw the Vet 3 minutes. My Vet takes time to talk and explain why and what.

I give them a -star.

My friend called me at one in the morning asking if I knew a 24 hr emergency vet clinic. Turns out a dog was shot, yes, SHOT! I quickly googled a vet clinic and they rushed to this location (which is a couple towns over). They went in and were told they would not operate on the dog until payment was received in full! After adding it up, they came to a bill of over $2000. The dog owners offered $1000 down and asked for a payment plan for the remaining balance. This clinic refused! They wouldn't even allow them a days time to get the rest of the amount owed. They offered them a credit application and they were denied. So now what? Their dog gets to just lay there dying or put to sleep, because the vet will not allow them even one days time to get funds to save the life of their family pet in an actual emergency?! I mean, it isn't as if they came in because he vomited on the floor. The dog was suffering from a gun shot wound. This is just despicable. Personally, I am not even a dog person, but this is outright greed. This vet does not truly care for savings the lives of animals. I know that they need to make a living, as well, but come on. We all know most of that balance of over $2000 was for the physical work the vet would perform on the dog. Such disgrace. NEVER TAKE AN ANIMAL HERE!!! Go to Belton if you must, but this Vet seriously needs to rethink their profession. I give them one star, because at least the nurse on staff was polite and understanding of the situation.

No matter what happened -- what makes me mad is people become vets to help animals but it comes down to being all about the money and it makes me sick that a family does not get the opportunity to come up with the money for longer than right there at 150 am in the morning -- so at 150 am you have to apply for credit to save your pet and sucks to be you if you do not qualified wtf really.. and this was a service member serving his country and budget is tight.. Where you proud when you became a vet??? Look in the mirror now -- who are you people -smh ---- Be ashamed this man fights for you to live in peace and for your country, and you let his animal die cause they cant afford 2500 at 1:50 am in the morning after the Dog got shot and they could put 1000 down and asked for payment plan ,and you said no , its not even there fault - shame on you shame on you -----------------

I was TDY when my dog came down with his third bout of pancreatitis. I knew he wasn't going to survive this one due to his age (one week away from 16) and the fact that it's amazing for a dog to even survive one bout of pancreatitis. However, I wanted him to be comfortable. He was in a lot of pain and any vet worth a grain of salt would have recognized that his whines after I left him for the night weren't because he missed me. They told me when I picked him up in the morning to take him to a REAL vet that he had howled all night. Pete does NOT howl. He was in PAIN. I can't believe they let him suffer all night. I don't think the vet stays there overnight and I am pretty sure it's just manned by inexperienced techs unless an emergency arises and they call her. The tech was so nonchalant in telling me that he missed me. No, he was in PAIN. They didn't even bother to try to keep his mouth hydrated. When they brought him out to me, his tongue was hanging out and dry as a bone! It was as if they had just let him lay there all night with no attention at all. I probably could have provided better palliative care from my hotel room. If your pet can wait AT ALL until the morning, DO NOT take them here!

Once again greedy humans get in the way of common decency, love and kindness. My son-in-law is in the military. My daughter is a stay-at-home mom. Their dog broke his leg. Finances are tight. This clinic sent their dog home with pain meds and nothing else because they couldn't pay the $500 up front. They were denied Care Credit. They offered a payment plan and this clinic refused. Obviously money is more important than tending to an injured animal who is in pain. Kindness? Charity? Empathy? Compassion? You won't find it here - Unless of course you have a big fat wallet. Guess the fact my son-in-law risks his life for his country isn't a big enough sacrifice. There's no cash reward in that. PATHETIC!!! Poor dog! Killeen, Texas, you ought to be ashamed of yourself!
