Renee is literally the best vet I have ever used in my 50+ years of pet ownership. I always hesitate to review her, because I don't want her to get so busy I can't get my dogs, cat and chinchilla in!

Renee really knows her stuff! She treats every animal she sees like it was her pet. She is even-tempered, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate. She even gives out toys on occasion, which my dog Harley loves! I really recommend her practice, but be prepared to see lots of happy pets when you walk in!

My dog had an allergic reaction to his shots. Rene literally got out of her pool and came back into the office after it was closed to give him shots. She was in constant contact with me for 48 hours afterward. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a caring compassionate vet who clearly loves her patients. And her staff is great, too!

The Vet and staff are very attentive to clients/ patients. They listen to and respond to every question or concern. Phone calls are returned as soon as possible. Any of the staff greet will people walking in the door. They accommodate my schedule as much as possible. If there's a concern, my pet and I've been able to be seen on the same day. The office environment is pleasant and appointments usually run right on time. The office was easy enough to find.

My beloved 17 year old cat suddenly seemed very sick. I took her to a large, well known Baltimore animal hospital. Against my better judgement, she was taken to another room for examination. After a few minutes the vet came back and explained to me that she needed expensive blood work to determine her issue and even more expensive x-rays as they were having difficulty hearing her heart.

I called Dr. Chrest a few days later and even though we had never been seen there before, they got us in within an hour and a half. My cat and I arrived terrified and were greeted by the most wonderful staff I can ever recall. Then we got an even bigger treat when we met Dr. Chrest. All I can say is wow!! I did not know that vets who gave such thorough, hands on exams still existed! The hands on exam yielded a kidney infection and no heart issues whatsoever. We got a shot of antibiotics and after only 24 hours, my old girl was almost back to normal. After 48 hours, we knew we had our girl back.

I am a customer for life! If you need people who really care, this is the only place in town. I can't thank the Dr. and her staff enough.
