I adore Judith. She's compassionate, thoughtful, honest and has some good mindfulness techniques to help guides me on my path. Her work with me has been transformative and healing over the years. Of course, finding the right therapist is a bit like alchemy - you have to find the right match for you. And Judith was definitely the right match for me.

I have noticed positive changes in my interaction with the world since starting therapy. Ms Kaftan has really helped me. I just could not see eye to eye with the world. After two years with this therapist I could finally understand that I had improper expectations with everybody. The counciling helped me interact in a world where others have their desires and yet I must be present. I highly recommend Ms Kaftan as a councilor for individual or couples. I was able to unlock the best of my inner self, had a successful career in my field of work, retiring at age 55, and am now a classical musician twenty years after being her client.
