Stay away; they are unprofessional, all they care about is the $. They don't provide treatment options but rather puts your child in the most expensive program and tell you the other wsan't approved by insurance; when they never even checked with the insurance company because when I checked with the insurance company I was told it would have been covered. If they have processes in place staff either doesn't know about them or doesn't care; you can ask 3 people the same question and you get 3 answers - sometimes different answers from the same person! They don't want complaints in writing but want them verbally......find somewhere else to take anyone with mental health issues because you won't get help here.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
