They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I did enjoy my service. I thank you for taking the time to educate me, and for taking a look at my current products and explaining why I should not use them. After my service my scalp felt like it could breathe. My real healthy hair journey starts now. I also have to tell you that I feel like I am going through cold turkey. Prior to your consultation, I would spend 30 minutes every morning loading my hair with various product in an effort to grow my hair. I asked my daughter to call you to ask you if I could spray something on my hair. She said I don't have to call her because you were asked not to use any products. I am obsessed, so it was hard not to use anything. I promise to give your method a try so I am sticking to the trichologist's advice. Thank you for your excellent service, the one on one time that you were willing to give meant a lot to me.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my hair and how my health can make my hair healthier, even after I left the salon clinic. They followed up with me after my appointment. I was happy that they were not just another salon.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel welcome. They were super friendly and nice. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
