amazing. After 30 years of failure and fad diets galore; Dr. Barnovsky has helped me decrease my appetite, and loose appx. 40# and 4 clothes sizes. I finally feel that there is an end in site. I had 80# to loose and I am 1/2 there. Amazing and thankful. I can now bike 3 miles a night, and walk! Yes walk, where before that was impossible.!

Excellent. Explained metabolism process. Suggested App's for food trackers at home and while eating out. Checks blood pressure, and vitals. Not a long drawn out visit, but complete. Encourages exercise level to your level of ability, not far fetched expectations. I've managed to adapt my life style without extreme hunger. I am now 25# lighter, and now more able to move which helps with the weight loss. Excited for health!
