Southfield is absolutely amazing. I am there almost daily to check on my dad, and I see and watch everything. I have absolutely no complaints on anything. My dad went there after his 4th stroke in less than a year, and this one was a massive stroke where I was told he wouldn't survive. He has improved sooo much since being at Southfield. The therapy dept. helped him immensely. And the employees are all so caring and kind that I am convinced he is in the best hands. Every dept. is excellent. Lots of activities, food service is outstanding, maintenance always ready to help, Environmental services always right there to help, The CNAs, LPNs, and RNs are absolutely amazing. So caring and kind to everyone. Business office employees are always there to help. And John, the Administrator, is a true working manager. He is there for everything needing done, no matter what it is. This is a wonderful, wonderful place that I would recommend to anyone looking for a loving place for your loved one to go to if need be. I have not one thing negative to say about Southfield. Excellent place for your loved one to be treated with dignity and respect, along with great healthcare.
