This is the worst ER experience ever!!! They make you sit in the waiting room for HOURS! This ER & Hospital has gone from being very good to below poor standards! I have a severe neck problem & they nust don't care. When I came in there were 3 people in waiting room. That was 3 hrs. Ago. I went to ask them how much longer. They were rude & no eye contact at all. I feel like I'm being punished!!! Should have left long time ago.

The ER department was so rude staff like that should be fired.
They allow my Daughter to set in the waiting room she was crying and begging for help and she couldn't breath her back and chest was hurting so bad all they would tell her can't help you you have to wait.she was taken to another ER they rushed her to a room we did not get to see her for an hour they said she is in really bad shape if we were 15 later getting here it would not have been a good ending.
