They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
Dr. Patterson performed surgery on my dog who was diagnosed with and insulinoma (pancreatic) turmor almost five years ago. Annie is a Westie and was 7 years old at the time. Following surgery, she was given a prognosis of 12 - 18 months. With medication and diet management she went on to earn her championship title in dog agility. She is still with us and is like a regular dog, except her vision and hearing are poor. It is very rare that an insulinoma dog survives 5 years. Thank you Dr. Patterson and your excellent staff!

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
