Death.
My dog needed euthanized. Doc couldn’t find the vein. REPEATEDLY !! Tortured my dog. Finally a vet tech tried, got it in the first try. … I didn’t learn.
One year later another pet went to see him. Said the lump was just a fatty deposit. 5 months later my poor dog couldn’t poop. Vet said he needed surgery for said lump. After surgery the vet took no care. We had concerns, he recommended minimal treatment. Poor dog died in pain 2 days later. Emergency Vet said surgery vet was negligent.
Please learn from our experience.

When you call and explain why your animal needs to be seen they are very uplifting and positive the vet will do his best. Then when you get there they dismiss your animals health conditions, don't even do bloodwork ( it was mentioned ) and just shove them full of antibiotics and shots for months on end, even though there is clearly no improvement. The staffs attitude is absolutely disgusting at that. How can you be a receptionist at a vets office and not care the least bit about animals or people being really concerned? Then the second you stop going there and find a new vet who actually does their job, gets you a diagnosis and instantly treats your animal this vets office takes offense saying " you didn't even give our vet a chance " even though you did or months on end.

My pug has always received good care here however I am trying to renew her ear medication for her chronic ear issues via 1-800-PETMEDS but for some reason the clinic won't return the fax... very frustrating and my only complaint because otherwise everything is always fantastic!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
