I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
