I would give -50 stars if I could. Absolutely the worst vet experience I have ever had. Dr. Roberts approached my dog with no prior interaction, grabbed his face, and started pulling at him eyes. My 20 month-old pup has severe anxiety, and having a stranger lean over him and stare him in the eyes startled him. My dog gave warning growls, which were not listened to or respected. Dr. Roberts continued to man-handle my dog and slammed the door in anger as he left the room. He proceeded to tell my family (who has given him business for 17 years) that he is “tired of seeing our dogs”, and lost our business. He is highly unprofessional and has been incredibly rude to members of my family on multiple occasions. We should have left this clinic years ago. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This isn't the fanciest vet office, but the quality of care that our pets receive from Dr. Roberts and his staff is exceptional. We live in La Vista and drive out to Florence for the simply reason that our dogs and cats receive the best care available. Dr. Roberts is practical and no nonsense. He gets down on the floor with our dogs and performs the exam in such a way that they think they are having play time. He treats our children with the same respect and care and encourages them to get involved with the care of our animals. The personal care we get is immeasurable and I would highly recommend this clinic for both dogs and cats.
