I appreciated the private, serene, entrance tucked in between the corner bldg. nestled by calming waters of a glistening pond. I was quite satisfied with the Naturopathic and holistic education, the LIPO LIGHT Laser and WONDERFUL pain relieving spectrabrite procedures. Dr. Koontz, his wife and staff provided excellent educational health tips, free HYPERVIBE usage and juicing recipes. They NEVER pushed to sell me more services or sessions than what I came for. I researched this LIPO LIGHT procedure before I came and am pleased with how rejuvenated I felt when I left. Teale Rhodes

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Was expecting a business with an actual doctor. Instead it is a ma and pa shop hidden behind other businesses. The only employees are this "dr" and his wife. They are older/60s and overweight. I went for a laser lipo session. Was thinking to myself the whole time that just looking at them that it is probably a scam. He went on and on about medical jargon. Didn't let me ask questions. I felt rushed. Didn't tell me what he was going to be doing, the process, etc. Instead, they had me lay down on a table and he lifted my shirt to put the 'pad sensors' on my abdomen. That was fine, because that was the target area. But then he lifted the top of my pants and underwear to place more "pads'. Made me feel uncomfortable because he didn't say they would be placed in that area. Had top of my pants lifted for longer than should have been. He had to ask his wife how to work the machines. She then talked about how she thought she measured other clients wrong. Very sketchy!! Wishing I hadn't wasted my money. If I see results from this, then fine, but I will not ever go there again. Please seek out a professional and real dr who will explain what he is doing.

The assistant was very quick to call me back after I left a message. She was friendly and quick to answer my <url removed>. Koontz was very knowledgeable and gave me solid health advice.
