was the worse possible experience ever! not informative about my dogs medications or the plan of action. The receptionist is absolutely rude and on her phone in front of clients. Place smells horrible even for a place for pets. Never would I ever recommend to any one ever!!!

Wade Hampton Veterinary Clinic – dr. marilyn grist AVOID!!!!

We had to make the very difficult decision to have our darling kitty, Gracie, euthanized. She had lost weight continually, despite all efforts to get her nourishment (every type food imaginable). Her weight loss was augmented by bloody stool, and a diminishing appetite. When we took her to dr. (yes, intentionally lower case) grist, we were apprised of several golf ball sized tumors on her stomach.
After sleepless nights, a decision to allow our beloved Gracie to pass, rather than endure the surgery, recovery (if any), from a condition which (according to a majority of information available) was cancer.
Our difficult trip to the clinic was met with a very contentious attitude from dr.g that we 1) were starving Gracie 2) were unwilling to care for Gracie 3) were unfeeling individuals.
She had the gall to accuse us of employing a "convenience euthenasia".
dr. , your judgemental attitude, lack of support for the parents (who left a big piece of our hearts there), and general condescending manner...............SUCK!
I will never bring any other member of our family (yes, our pets!) to your inept care, and make it a personal task to inform other potential patients of your incompetence and totally CRAPPY attitude, through every media outlet available to me.
You have scarred the memory of a peaceful, humane departure of Gracie.....................we will never forgive you for that.
