Went in for a dot physical and everything went normal. the thing is i don't agree with the new dot rules about sleep apnea and i grumbled and complained about it. Still no problem. I accept that it is a new law. I just don't agree with it. This apparently offended the doctor who then called my company and tried to get me in trouble by making me out to be unsafe. These were personal complaints about the way the new system is set up not a refusal to adhere to anything. I have filed a complaint with the Oregon medical board about the ethics of this action and if any adverse action comes of it there will be a law suit. Anyway... avoid this place if you can and if not whatever you do keep your mouth shut around these people.
