Excellent prompt service and care. They provide excellent professional care not only for emergency services but also for maintenance care for our pets. The Vets and staff are extremely caring and thorough in the services and advice they provide the pets and owners. I highly recommend this Clinic not only for the compassion and high-quality services they provide but also because they do not "overcharge" clients a fee for just walking in the door "office administration fees" that some of the other highly rated veterinary clinics do. I use to take my dogs to Faulkner Veterinary Services, paid the walk in the door charge and then had to wait usually more than 1/2 hour beyond my appointment time in a crowed large waiting room. Once taken into the 'private exam room' for the services I had scheduled, it was a long wait before an assistant came in, then it was a long wait for the Vet who rushed in and rushed out so quickly that some questions I had did not get addressed before I was 'dismissed'.When I refused to leave without having all my questions answered, I opened the 'back door' of the room stating that I still needed answers to my questions first raised when the initial attendant inquired of my concerns. I was told that if I waited again in the waiting room, someone would address them. At Fort Lawn Animal Clinic the Veterinarians don't just 'fly in and fly out' as fast as they can. They provide the pet owner with answers to all their questions regarding their pet and also will provide additional advice/information that I didn't know to ask about my dog's health. I am so glad I now obtain the care my dogs need from Fort Lawn Animal Clinic...They are the BEST!

Love Dr, Kolatis, He is patient, kind and thorough. He takes the time to really explain things to you. When you leave his office, you have your questions answered. He is wonderful.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
