I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
