My cat was acting really weird, was in obvious discomfort, and then started having muscle spasms. I called Bossier Animal Hospital and they saw me as soon as I got there.

My cat had had a seizure. The vet clearly explained the potential causes and reviewed the different options that I could take for her care. He was extremely nice and willing to answer questions and discuss my concerns.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either.

I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
