I made an appt. appt. for my Lab for 3/23 @ 1:30 but realized it conflicted with another appt. I had I had so I changed it to 3/26. This was done on their website. I received a text from them saying I had an appt. @ 3:30 which I did not make. I called and told them this and the girl was not very pleasant so I went to the appt. anyway. The sign on the door said to wait in your car and they will come and get you. I called but received the answering machine that said you can enter the office if no one was in the waiting room. As I was about to enter the girl came out and I showed her the appt. change on the paper I got on the website. The girl was extremely belligerent. Words were exchanged and I asked for the Vet to come out to see me. He came out like a raving lunatic arguing with me and saying he wanted me to punch him. A few minutes later he pushed me with his stomach which I believed would constitute assault. I called the police since I was scared for my life. The police came and spoke to me then him and said that probably would not be assault. I left it at that but no patient of this place should be treated like that. I have been going to this place for about 9 years. The vet’s name is Michael Forsyth. Be careful. I have never had a problem like this.

We have only been in the area a year, and we have been to this veterinary hospital 2 or 3 times. The staff has always been pleasant, and although the clinic is busy, we've not had to wait more than 20 minutes, usually less. We've never had anyone be rude, and the doctors are very kind, understanding, and caring. The plus...they are knowledgeable as well as friendly!

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
