Very slow unprofessional. When entering store make sure to sign in or you will be ignored and skipped even if they see you standing there for 20 min.without bothering to open window.instead informing anyone about signing in.is it that hard to do a job or help someone without a list .

Customer service is almost non-existent. The first staff member did not try to match up the doctor's prescription for a medical product with our wants. They kept going in the back room to speak with a "manager" that would never come out and assist. The second staff person Angie was nice and understood what I needed however in the end, they would not sell me the product because of a supposed insurance regulation. Our insurance company said there was no such regulation and called the store and told them, however Morris still refused to believe them! I was short on time and asked what the price would be to pay cash, but they never bothered to call back and lost a sale. I ended up getting this product on the Walmart website with free shipping and no hassle - and probably for a lot less then they would have charged the insurance company. I can submit the bill and get reimbursed from my insurance company. I wish I had done that initially to avoid 3 weeks of delay and frustration trying to deal with Morris.
