One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. From the beginning it took months till they got me set up with my CPAP, to billing the wrong insurance company, to every month getting phone calls (on the wrong phone number) and co stand reminders to pay, either because their billing cycle doesn't synch up with the Medicare payment schedule, or the bill late. I don't know, but I wish I didn't have to deal with them.

Give the company 5 Stars+ for MEDICARE FRAUD and another
5 Stars+ for INSURANCE FRAUD
Months after they removed my CPAP from my premises, this company
still continues to bill both my Major Med Carrier, Then my Medicare and Medicare Supplement Major Medical Insurance Company.
Three Times I Was Told By The Insurance Company Rep That They Would Cease Billing ..............The Fraudulent Billing Continues!

I am from the Philippines, I was medical evacuated to north shore community hospital for a heart problem. I use oxygen at home and when traveling. I was quoted $100 for an invacare Perfecto2 Concentrator and 50 for a compressor to fill bottles, I was told by the salesman it came together. I had no need for the compressor and sent it back. Now I have gotten a bill for $335 per month for the concentrator and they are trying to charge me $41 for a $1.50 canula and $0 for oxygen tubing that costs less than $5.00. They are very hard to get ahold of.

Do not under any circumstance trust or believe anything these people say. I was told to make a onetime payment of $99.35 and after three months the CPAP machine would be mine. Then came the monthly bills, no return call, and finally after a few months being told they never promised or said it was a onetime cost. The CPAP is now a ten month rental with monthly cost, from there rude staff members that will talk over you. Run away from these people, and company.
