For a medical supply company, it is extremely disappointing that they are not ADA compliant. I haven't gotten supplies since my mom died in 2016 because I have Ataxia (inability to voluntarily coordinate the formation of words).

The presentation of Ataxia is similar to Aphasia, a common impairment among people with neurological disabilities so I can't PROVIDE my date of birth and address. But I can VERIFY my date of birth and address with a simple "yes" or "no." Even though it's fairly obvious that speaking is difficult for me, I have explain my disability and that I CAN'T SPEAK (as opposed to WON'T speak). They usually tell me that I need someone to help me. And when I tell them that my mom/caregiver died, they say they'll check with a supervisor and get back to me BUT NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK.

I've been able to manage every other aspect of my life since my mom's passing except for dealing with LINCARE. If I could, I'd give 0 stars.

Need supplies for cusp asap. Spoke with rep and was assured that delivery would be "mid week" ( this was on a Friday ) , I guess mid week does not exist as we are STILL WAITING AT END OF WEEK!!!

I have been a customer for my CPAC supplies for a year. The service at the Queensbury store and the supply house has been very poor.. Lots of details to this story. I can't deal with company any longer. All I want is my supplies and the Queensbury store keeps telling me I must call the supply house. That is a 30 minute on hold if I get thru at all. Finally after three months of calling I finally get an incomplete order with parts and no instructions on how to assemble and use the new p10 for her mask I ordered. My entire experience with Lincare. Has. been frustrating and awful from the beginning. I will be looking for a new provider.

My mom is 98 yrs old. We have been trying since Monday to have her simple supplies delivered. Today is Wednesday and now they tell us not to be delivered until Friday because no one is in the area and it's not that important. What the hell is going on with this company?

Worst billing practices ever! They also try to auto ship supplies without consent and even after cancelling it. Avoid at all costs.
