I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. No one seems to know what is going on & cannot help me. They were far too arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. It doesn't matter how many times I ask they make no effort to help me. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.

Poor service and no one returns phone calls. Totally ignored. Now I find that I have paid for an old piece of equipment that I am having trouble getting anyone to fix.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.
