Personally, I think they are great. I visited their place; they helped me pick out me CPAP, adjusted it, showed me how it worked, and have always given me new supplies when I ask, and never unasked.

I have been through literal hell with this company and their fulfillment center. They exist in order to help people feel better and get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, they do a terrible job at it and I will never use them again. My last phone call with Dave, the customer service representative that I felt was going to take great care of me, failed. He listened as if he was concerned and even agreed with me about the extremely poor customer service condition of their contracted fulfillment center customers must deal with when obtaining new durable medical equipment.

It has been months since I have been able to receive the equipment I require to get a decent night’s sleep all due to their negligence and incompetence. The fulfillment center put me off for months telling me I was not allowed to obtain new equipment. I decided to reach out to the main office in Baltimore, but as many times as I called I was never able to speak to anyone, I only allowed to leave message after message. However, as I said earlier, someone did finally take my call on Thursday after holding for 20 minutes, I spoke with Dave. He told me he would fix this and take care of me. Guess what? I did receive my equipment just 2 days later but it is not what we discussed, in fact it is the exact piece of equipment that has caused me extreme discomfort for months.

I am through, extremely disappointed, angry and sleep deprived. America’s Healthcare at Home doesn’t care about your health or comfort to help you get the equipment you need. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to receive your equipment.

I had to call the company 4 time over two weeks to get a simple order in.
Once finalized, I asked AHCAH what my co-pay was and they stated there was no co-pay with my insurance company.
When delivery arrived, I was give 6 time the quantity of items I order.
One month later, bill arrived for large amount because of three things. First they overcharge my insurance company 3 times that what the items cost on Amazon. Second, they sent me too many items. And lastly, they lied to me about my co-pay with my insurance company. In my opinion, run away to another medical equipment supplier as fast as you can.
