They had been my pharmacy of choice until I came in on a Saturday and the lady pharmacist did not know me. It turned out my RX issued by a MN clinic needed to be filled 60 days from the issue date. It was now 61 days and WI law does not allow it to be filled after 60 days. The pharmacist stated it would not be filled because it was 62 days old. My mistake and I did not argue and left the store. In my car I pulled up my electronic calendar and counted the days and confirmed that it could not be filled in WI. The pharmacist anticipated that I would be a problem customer and called the police on me. I feel very insulted and will never go back there again. Meanwhile I drove to Duluth, MN and had the RX filled. If you have to go there (Park Pharmacy) I recommend going during the week to avoid the Witch I had to deal with.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I called them to see if my prescription was ready. They've never called me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
