It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

They constantly talk about patients BY NAME and the medications they take. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very juvenile and unprofessional environment.
