I never dealt with the pharmacist for I dealt with someone over the phone. They have sent me a totally different lancets and strips: totally different brand. My prescription took forever and I was not pleased with my experience here. I will not be recommending this pharmacy to anyone I know. For the most part, the staff was friendly and polite and easy to talk to. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm not entirely sure that they will but I sure hope this provider will stick with me to resolve my situation. The staff only tried to answer some of my questions. I'd like to see more effort on their part to help me.
I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
Took off work early to make it there before they close at 5pm (yes, 5, how are normal people supposed to get their prescriptions). Showed up at 4:45pm and they apparently had decided to close early. And the medication I needed that evening.
Left a phone message, never returned. When I went in the next day around 3pm and told them of my issues, they said they'd just have to look into it. No apologies.
Rude. Plain and simple. Obvious that they don't care about their customers. I'll find a new pharmacy and you should too.
They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Their staff is rude both on the phone and in person via the drive-thru.
