I found Steven not to easy to talk with on the phone; seemed to be rushing through my questions as if my call was an inconvenience; not what one would expect from Ford's.

Visited Ford's about eight years ago: it was good. Went there today to get a prescription filled and guess what? It's CLOSED DOWN ... TODAY!!

Terrible customer service. Attempted to order a lift char for 2 weeks and they had a different story every time I called about missing paperwork. There was no follow-up from their sales team. They seemed like they could care less if my insurance claim was honored or not, or if I purchased anything. Ridiculous!!
