I was over-charged and they were more than willing to correct their mistakes and refund the differences. I would suggest that you go over your charges with them before you leave.

Otherwise, I like the convenience of their location and that they all seem to care for your pet.

I brought my cat in who was bleeding from an old injury and was not feeling so great. The receptionist did not get with me right away... My cat was bleeding in the carrier while she continued to 'chat' with someone. The vet techs were worse, they tried to manhandle my cat when HE wasn't being offensive. The entire time I was there, not a sole grasped the fact that my cat was a HE. The vet himself didn't spend much time with us and didn't seem able to do much of anything, except rape us on prices. Don't go there ever!

This vet is a shame, the staff AND doctors are lazy and rude. They wanted to charge me out of my butt for all kinds of tests my dog didn't even need. they have no sympathy for people when they are miserable over their loved one being ill. After showing me a long list of all the things that she needed (which was around $1700) the doctor said "so what ? do you want to do these things or put her down?" at that moment i was bursting in tears thinking my dogs health was THAT bad, as they were standing there with a pissed and impatient faced. If you work at a "24" hour vet hospital, you should be prepared for whatever comes your way.MISERABLE people. DONT GO HERE, theres a great 24 hour vet off of southside they are actually caring unlike these people here

Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. In 2004 I took my dog in for urinary track problems, they took him in back for xrays, when they returned him to me he could not walk, didn't recoginize me, and was yelping in agony. He died the next morning. Do not go there if you love your pet. I don't care that the vet was unprofessional when dealing with me, he kept yelling at me like it was my fault my dog was having urinary track problems, but he did something to my dog while he was being xrayed that killed him within 24 hours.
