An excellent set of doctors and staff. A bit pricey, no doubt. Wouldn't have gone anywhere else. They have a small lab, imaging and boarding.

Dr. Hilden and all the staff are absolutely fantastic. They saw us through a couple major problems and surgery for Aubrey, our cat. The care and concern they display is sincerely compassionate. The other doctors are just as great as Dr. Hilden. I cannot say enough about the staff. Your pet will be in great hands at Animal Care Center in Green Valley.

This place is a simply a money hungry rip off! I agree the vets here are good but the girls in the front who welcome you are cold as ice, except for Alice. The others never say hello or acknowledge you. I went there once when a snake bit my dog. He survived the night but had to go for fluids the next day. They give me a bill over $1,000. I'm not disputing that. I disputed the $250 follow up visit that I didn't need and wasn't going to use but they tried to sneak it in there. When I wanted itemization for the bill they FIRED me as a client, sending all of my animals records to me. I guess they didn't like being caught in their rip-off scheme. Horribly unprofessional office manager Shirlei. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole!

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled fine in there and looked immaculate. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. This place is consistently the best place to go for my pets in Southern Arizona. I tried a few places before I found them, and found the quality of care to be inconsistent. At Animal Care Center I feel like they are always trying to give me the best care, and the most attention to my concerns. I never feel rushed.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Soon after adopting our two reacue dogs over three years ago, we discovered that both had major health problems. One has Diabetes and the other has Cushings Syndrome and Valley Fever, The Animal Care Center has the latest and most uo to date equipment available for diagnosing and treating pets.. Thanks to the care given by Dr. Andrea Hilden and the very knowledgeable vet techs, both dogs are presently living healthy, happy lives. Everyone has been extremely helpful - the vets, the techs and the staff at the front counter..
