I have a 13 tear pug that they have doctored for over 10m years and when I needed them due to her illness they refused to answer my calls and give me advise on how to treat her condition just because I had a over due bill. I don't think that is a cause to refuse treatment or not to answer my calls.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
