BEYOND DISGUSTED with this terrible vet clinic. Although we have had PLENTY of issues with their poor care- a hole in our cats lung after a neuter surgery because they left him alone for so long on his same side, not catching ringworm on our new rescue kitty which was passed to myself & my 3 dogs & 2 other cats, which amounted to two weeks of missed work & over $2000 in vet & medical bills, now they turned me away because they refuse to listen to their CLIENT about her dogs tooth. A year ago I rescued a chihuahua & he had a bad baby canine that was rotting but wouldn’t fall out. They claimed it would fall out on its own. A year later, the tooth is still an issue & now the dog is not eating. When I called to make an appointment today, not only did they not listen to me, but then they told me to take my business elsewhere. This is DESPICABLE. I AM DISGUSTED that any “Vet” that cares about animals can turn away an animal in need of immediate oral care. You all should be ASHAMED of yourselves & you lost a loyal customer. I will make sure to spread the word about your poor vet practice & lack of care for the animals & fur parents that you serve. DISGUSTING.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
