If you want to waste money on unnecessary test, and have them spend a ton of your money this is your place . This is the place to go. My dog was dying. They already had three urine analysis, and they’re asking about tick BS. It’s not even tick season. Worst vet ive ever been to. Only reason I went because it was close to home; Louisa is a small town. Had to take my dog to goochland to get real service and answers on the same day; ended up having to put her down. Incompetent staff and vets. Oh but make sure you’ve got your mask on. This place is a joke. I’d give it a 0 star rank if I could.

We have been receiving care from the staff here for almost 20 years. During those years they have treated our five pets, four dogs and our cat. Dr. Jones operated on our cat when we rescued her after she had been hit by a car. She was a tiny thing weighing only 1.5 lbs. Dr. Jones performed delicate surgery saved her life and we ended up with a cat that is still living almost 19 years later. One of our dogs, Sam, lived 16 years and I attribute some of that to the care she received their as well. We are very grateful for not only the professional care but the personal attention we have received.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
