My Dog went into seizures on a Sunday, I grabbed him and took him in there as fast as i could, i didn't even think about getting dressed, just wanted to get my friend some help.
When I got in there, there first question was if I had $$$ to pay them. I was wearing my pajamas, so I explained that I could pay, but that I didn't even think about money when I saw my Dog seizing and foaming at the mouth, but I assured them I could pay.

They sent me away. I asked where else I could take him immediately for help, and I was told "wherever you want, just not here"

Aviod this place like the Plague! They aren't in the "Emergency care" business, they're just in business.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Very kind staff and doctor today when I went in tears to put my beloved cat of 14 years to sleep. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet tech to the doctor were very compassionate and kind and didn't put us through any formalities or unnecessary exams or procedures. As difficult as it was, they helped a great deal.
