They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Our Shih-Tzu loves going there. He loves the staff until he has to get procedures done. He loves to see Tina or Shannon. Not sure what it is, but he walks right in there. We don' have to pick him up or drag him in to the office. Both Dr. Edwards and Dr. Kinard are very gentle with Mocha which helpks to put him at ease.

I am willing to drive to see these vets, even tough they are almost an hour away and there is an other vet just down the road. they real do care for the pets.. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive with their care of my little show dogs. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
