They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Doc always just "knows" what is wrong with my pets when they are sick. He has that sixth sense and is always spot on with a diagnosis. And when I've unfortunately had the passing of a pet, the entire staff was professional, comforting and compassionate. While vacationing in New Hampshire we had a concern with our dog. Doc called us back within in an hour, even though we were hundreds of miles away! I can't say enough good things about them!

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
