DO NOT USE THIS VET.!!!!! I was with them 9 years, very disappointing and upsetting. After many visits and trouble with one of the reception employees time and time again, only to wanting help with my account and pet, they chose to be very RUDE every time. When I told them I needed my medical records for my pet, the vet went back and put incorrect & false records on my paperwork regarding my pet. This included FALSE CANCER diagnosis and mean things regarding my pet and myself. Very, Very unprofessional!!!! WILL NOT ever go back or refer any of my clients or friends back to them...

This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I did not like being billed for a office visit for follow ups concerning the same ongoing problem. other places that I have visited, did a free follow up visit and or also only charged for additional meds if they did not have to diagnose the problem. I had a vet for 22 years who treated all my dogs but decided to retire. I only used this place because they do have Two good vets. But their billing Practices lack. I also was going to get shots there but they wanted to charge for that as to check for any health problems. And my dog just had a full check the week before and every month before that for a particular problem, we were working on. Its hard to justify a health check for shots when they are currently in the loop for whats going on and they just seen her one week before.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
