I would recommend Hicksville Veterinary Clinic to everyone. Dr. Pedden is the best veterinarian I have dealt with. She is the most caring and informative Vet that I have met. Dr. Pedden always takes the time to explain everything about a particular situation with our dog and is always very eager to talk to you and answer your questions. Their prices are the best that I have found. I drive 1 hour to take our dog there and would not consider anyone closer to me. The clinic is clean and comfortable and her assistant is very pleasant! This Clinic is a 5 star!

I will never visit this veterinary clinic. I had called to get some information, I was treated extremely rudely. I asked about the different products they used for heartworm, I was treated as though I had offended them. When I finally said "enough is enough", they had already hung up on me.
I was hoping this would be my new veterinary clinic as it was close to where I would be, I can tell you I will go elsewhere, and even in an emergency, would travel to Ft. Wayne before choosing them; if that was their attitude for routing questions, I can't imagine it gets any better in an emergency.
