After moving to the area 2 years ago and not knowing anyone, was taking our dog to AFA. Then we needed his teeth cleaned and AFA didn t have the equipment. Took him to Crago. While cleaning his teeth, the vet came across a tooth that was split in half. Not side to side but front to back. The vet decided to pull it, knowing that my dog must have been in pain and he would have been put back to sleep again for a tooth extraction. He made the right call!!
Since then we have acquired another dog, who is a bit "temperamental" with certain people or gestures. I took her to introduce her to the vet (with muzzle on) and the vet did a great job (despite the challenges of my dog).

This is a good clinic when you see certain vets. Unfortunately I had to see Dr. Charles Bancroft because my regular vet Dr. James Scott or Dr. Zipay were not there. He does not show empathy, did not follow up with me and treats you as if you are a bother. He treated a family member of mine that he did very expensive operation on the same way - dogs leg is still messed up too. Not sure if from him or if healed wrong. My reason for review is - use this clinic but not this vet. He also treated a dear friend of mine same with her cat - she was going to leave and go elsewhere - I said no you are at the right place but wrong vet - go to Dr. Scott or Dr. Zipay.
