We absolutely love these Docs AND the folks that help run this practice. We have used them for decades for various pets and wouldn't know what to do without them. They are always very caring and kind to the animals, while allowing for the needed time to explain everything to us so that we understand. It is obvious they love what they do.

We look forward to many more years with Endless Mountains Vets - Owego.

The veterinarian did not give my pet enough liquid antibiotic to take for 10 days. I thought it would be no big deal, just go and get it refilled another tenth of a fluid ounce. The receptionist accused me of giving my rabbit too much, when it is clear the markings on the syringe. From this point, the receptionist laughed at me, and other workers did not take this seriously. I was given a hard time just to get enough liquid antibiotic. I was told the bottle had enough, when it clearly didn't, and I have to work next week so I cannot go back for the third time in one week. The receptionist was condescending, and no one apologised for the mistake.

Owego Vet Hospital is the best, they are so caring for the dogs and cats, they all are excellent. Dr. Kathy is not only caring to your pets, but is so caring to our feelings for our pets. During our Zoe's illness she kept in touch with us, and when she passed on Easter morning, she let us bring her in that morning to have her cared for. When our other Westie mourned Zoe so much that we nearly lost him, she found us a rescue dog, that gave him back a will to live. We will always be so grateful to her.
They light a candle when someone losses their pet, others respect your loss.
