I have been a customer there for over 10 years but I had to have a dog put down a month ago. Called for 3 hours straight no answer. Finally drove 30 minutes to get there a had to flag down a girl to get an appointment to have my dog put to sleep. She said they have 8 phone lines but no one is answering them. I got another dog to replace the one I lost. She acted like she was in pain alot. I found out she had a broken fang with decay. Again I spent the morning last week calling them. No answer. I ride back down there flag down another girl. I told them it was an emergency. They said only a dog hit by a car was an emergency. Gave me a appointment to have her tooth removed 9 days later. What a joke. Luckily I still had another vet i had used in the past and they removed the tooth the same day I went to North Davidson animal hospital. I will admit they were great before covid. Now they are the worst veterinarians i know of. I called the same day I went down there to tell them not to expect me the next week but again no answer on the phones. The dog is doing great thanks to Kernersville veterinarian hospital that removed her tooth the same day I called. Today North Davidson animal hospital called and said I owed for a broken appointment. What a joke when they don't answer their phones. I will never go back there and I have over a dozen friends saying the same. If your smart find another place for your animals care. The other vets i called said they couldn't get through on the phone to them either to get records from them for pets of people leaving their business. My advise never go there!!!!!!!!!

The best prices you will ever get. Every staff member gives the upmost respect to me and my daddy. awesome awesome experience. my furry friends name is willie bob oneal. He was a rescue dog. He also loves the staff. As a matter of fact he is going back this sat.tomarrow. Todays date is the 31st of August. God bless every hand in north davidson veterinary hospital.

we took our dog in for a minor shoulder injury x rays proved that , they gave her methocarbonol and carprofen . We took her back 5 to 7 days later because she was still crying all nite, she was not seen and we were given more of the same meds and they have no record of that return visit ( imagine that ) we took her back for a third visit she still was not seen and at this time was given omeprezol and tramadol this is when we found out that the anti-inlamtory meds was destroying her stomach. we took her back again this time DR.Shmunk admitted her she was in the hospital for 4 days we picked her up and a few days later took her to a different vet he looked her over and said there was nothing that could be done. I spoke with Dr. Shmunk after several days of cooling down and he did call me back after he talked to the pharmacutical company and said they asked him alot of questions he could't answer , my reply was maybe i can , the first and only question was was there blood in her stool my answer was yes 3 times . that tells me that the whole time she was in the hospital she had not had a bowl movement and he released her. ( neglagence ) .. Just remember i took my dog in for a shoulder injury and she is dead from it . They like to tell people that the bad reviews are from people that owe them money i know we heard that 1 ourselves, guess what they owe us for over paying them , yes we have a credit .( smh ) We wo'nt be using it.
