Best Vet and service in Iowa, in my opinion. They go way out
of their way to be helpful, even after I moved out of the community and called about a problem my cat, Harley, was having.
A great Christian facility.

They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
