We went to RTK recently and there is a lady working there with curly curly hair. I talked to her and there was total silence. She has done this to me before, in the past, so I repeated what I said again and total silence. I told her she sure was rude and an ass. She said, "do you want to speak to Todd"...we said sure and my husband told him what had just happened and he said, "well I don't know about that"...we won't be going back. Why go pay to be mistreated. Also, two years ago we took a seriously injured dog to him and he went home and left her untreated, her arm ripped open and she died during the night. We will not be going back.
