They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy . I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. Dr McBride did the cropping on my doberman and she did a great job! The ears were beautiful, I would recommend her to all my friends

I took my two doberman puppies to Dr. McBride upon being told she was recommended for ear cropping by the AKC and people came to her from all over the country. I explained to her we wanted a medium cut for the two dogs. We received a show cut. After taking my two dogs to several other vets we were told she had "cut off the bell of the ear and that the ears probably would not stand. She had also cut the tips so thin that they now flop inward. We did try to contact Sumpter County Animal Hospital and were basically told that it was our fault as we did not keep our dogs separated. These dogs have been evaluated by trainers, doberman show dog owners and the result is the same: SHE ruined their ears by cutting them to long and to thin...we did try to contact her about financial compensation which we could use for their corrective surgery and she, as we expected, denied any fault. It is a shame. i really hope others see photos of her work before making the same TERRIBLE mistake we did. OWNERS BEWARE!!!
