I had a appointment at the Clarksville, TN location for 2clock, left work drove across town and the door was locked the there was a girl and some big guy sitting up front and the girl came to the window and said they did not open till 2.30, She did not seem sorry for my trouble just shrugged her shoulders.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
