The facilities have been fine until my husband misunderstand to stop the membership instead of putting the membership on hole. We saw it on our bank statement and ask the Bess Chism center to refund it to us. The refund would of been $18.73 for two months that was debited from our account, I ask for a courtesy refund and Courtney refused. I know this was my 68 year old husband who made the mistake. No, if they had music on it was very soothing
